Don't come back to your locked bike only to find a sad frame missing its wheels and saddle. ABUS's NutFix system protects wheels and seat posts against theft using a physical trick. Thieves don't know the trick, but you do, so you can open them with a standard wrench. Seat post clamp locks include the post clamp as well as fixing bolt and nut.

Underneath is a square profile chain made of hardened steel alloy. The chain can be connected to a number of ABUS frame locks and to the Alarmbox 2.0. It serves as additional security, for example to chain the bike to a fixed object with a pre-assembled frame lock. An additional key is not necessary for the plug-in chain. The key of the spoke lock opens and locks both components.The IvyTex connection chain is available in different lengths, chain link thicknesses and even colors. A Material That Offers Resistance The concept that the IvyTex technology is based on has already been in use for several years in industrial applications in areas subjected to high wear, where moving parts have to be protected against wear and tear. ABUS has taken advantage of this concept by using it in the sleeves for its chain locks. The effect of this is twofold: it provides protection against wear and tear, as well as preventing the chain from causing damage to the bicycle. IvyTex technology has many other benefits aside from its durability. The hi-tech fabric is also highly flexible as well as weatherproof and resistant to liquids. The Bando combines the security and styling of our top-of-the-line Mandible, with the affordability of our entry-level cages. The Bando Cage allows the user to adjust the level of bottle cage security to match the ease of use desired by selecting one of the two different silicone rubber bands included. The cage functions normally with no band. The bottle releases with the gentlest of tugs and flows out of the cage. Of course security is at a minimum, so this setting is only recommended for casual riding. With the Thin Band installed, you can expect the bottle holding security that Arundel is known for. The grip level is just below our top model of cage, the Mandible. For more extreme riding conditions or applications, use the Thick Band.
